This contemporary bioclimatic house surrounded by greenery was built in 2020.
It is located in a completely quiet setting. At the same time, it is not far from the beaches.
The spacious living room opens onto a 50m2 wooden terrace and a garden with a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery.
Available year-round and also for long-term stays.

The space-
The house is a bioclimatic structure that is well insulated. So even on hot summer days, it stays cool inside.

Both the living room and the bedroom open onto the south-facing garden through large sliding glass doors.
The bedroom measures 18m2 and is equipped with a queen-size bed, a dressing area, and offers a beautiful view of the garden. The bathroom is en suite, featuring a large mirror and an Italian-style shower.
The toilet is separate.

Upstairs, the two bedrooms share one bathroom with a bathtub.
The two single beds can be joined to form a king-size double bed.

On hot summer days, you’ll find plenty of shade under the trees in the garden, or you can cool off under the outdoor shower.

Other things to note:
The bike path is only 200 meters from the house and runs parallel to the main road, heading north and south through beautiful forests, fields, and farms.
The new (2024) garden shed is locked, but the covered area with furniture is, of course, available for your use.

The closest beach is only 3 km away, and not many people know about it. I’ll tell you all about it when you arrive.
The closest public beaches with lifeguards and designated swimming areas are in Messanges or Moliets, which you can reach in 7–10 minutes by car at most.

We have a partnership with a bike rental shop that delivers rental bikes right to the house for your convenience.
