This beautiful house offers you a four mile Shore Dr Park where you can bicycle ride, walk or ride and offers fantastic views of the Matanzas River. Beautiful sunrises can be enjoyed on your private front patio with ocean breezes. Watch the boats sail by or bird watch. Only 10 minutes to the Historic area or St Augustine beach. Enjoy over 1000 square feet of outdoor living areas. Tempur Pedic queen size mattresses in both bedrooms.

This was a very clean and well decorated home. The host thought of so many extra things to make us more comfortable during our stay. The mattress was amazing and the kitchen well stocked. This home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed was close by. We will definitely return!

We came down to Saint Augustine to confirm whether or not we wanted to find a seasonal home of our own in the area -- not only to escape the winters up north but also have a place for our kids and grandkids to get away to. We chose this "Gem" to allow us to experience both life along the intracoastal and daily living in one of Saint Augustine's established communities. This "Gem" more than met our expectations! What a great location for a couple to spend a week or month in the beautiful Sant Augustine area. Early morning walks and runs along Shore Drive, as well as watching the boats and many birds along the river. Meeting some of the neighbors along the way was another treat. Then after we returned from exploring various communities for our own possible get away each day, we could sit back on the relaxing front patio looking out over the intracoastal, or stretch out on the large and comfortable hammock, or just sit on the back deck as the sun began to set -- all great outdoor living spaces to enjoy. This great little home is well equipped, and Luz is a wonderful hostess -- very focused on our being able to enjoy our stay. Plenty of room indoors to relax, but the different outdoor spaces truly let you experience living in this amazing eclectic area full of culture, history and natural beauty. And by the way, we did find a little gem of our own to purchase so we can continue making memories in and around Saint Augustine.Thank you Luz for the opportunity to spend a week in your "Gem" along the waterfront.
