Upscale studio, fully refurbished, bright, contemporary style, at the heart of Aix. High ceilings, renovated in early 2012 by architect Muriel Sattler-Fradin, 23 sq.m area. Perfectly suitable for a cultural holiday, for business or leisure.

Ideally located in the historical heart of the city, in a quiet street, close to the market place of Prêcheurs, the Court of Appeal and the Madeleine church, in a perfectly maintained 7th century building. Excellent Neighbourhood.
Cafes, restaurants, pubs, wine bar, caterers, food, bakery, snacks, newsagent, pharmacy, hairdressers, spa, sauna, hamman, beauty, various shops within 150 metres. Laundry and ironing 100 metres away.
Regular bus and minibus service nearby, Bellagard and Rambot public parking areas 350 metres away.

Wonderful stay in the heart of beautiful Aix-en-Provence. Roll out of the apartment into cafes, markets, restaurants, historic buildings and beautiful squares.
Apartment is simple, stylish, and perfectly positioned. You won’t find better than this without spending an arm and a leg.

WLAN Box meist tagelang nicht zur Verfügung. Entweder Tür zum Kühlschrank oder Tuer zum Schraenkchen unter der Spuele ließ sich nicht schließen. Duschen konnte man nicht. Im Gegensatz zum Wohnraum, der Fußbodenheizung hatte, war der Boden im Bad reiner, kalter Beton oder Estrich. Es gab 2 Duschtuecher und 1 kleines und ein Akzeptirrbarnormales Handtuch fuer 3 Leute fuer 10 Tage. Wir haben uns kaum in der Wohnung aufgehalten, da wir die meiste Zeit bei unserer Tochter verbrachten. Wir haben nur täglich in einem Topf Wasser fuer einen Pulverkaffee warm gemacht

A perfect stay at this lovely apartment in the old town Aix. It was so wonderful to be close to everything, a maximum 10-15 min walk to everything we wanted to see. We stayed for 10 nights; François-Xavier was the perfect host. The apartment was extremely clean and beautiful. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable ici. Merci!
