About this house rental
You will fall under the charm for this typically Ré house for 2 to 6 people. In the heart of the village, 50m from the pretty port of La Flotte, 100m from the market and 400m from the beach. Classification 3 stars.
Ground floor: lounge dining room with TV, kitchen, bedroom (160 bed), all rooms opening onto an interior courtyard not overlooked, facing South - South West, with Weber barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, small garden shed.
Shower room and separate WC.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1: 160cm bed and small sofa with TV DVD- bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds), a bathroom with WC.
For parking facilities, a parking space is reserved for you (included in the rental) (Port car park 50m from the house).

Animals not accepted.
Linen and baby equipment rental possible.
Cleaning package at the end of the stay compulsory 85 euros.
Tourist tax between April 1 and September 30 of 30 euros (paid to the community of municipalities)

A super property with all the facilities you require and in a excellent location in the centre of the town and a couple of minute's walk from the port.

La maison est très agréable et au calme dans une ruelle non loin du centre de La Flotte ; nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa cour fermée entourée de verdure où nous avons pu prendre nos repas et nous reposer.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage zum Hafen und zum Strand. Die Einrichtung, der Innenhof, eben alles, ist in Wirklichkeit viel attraktiver wie die Fotos zeigen.
