In the alleys behind the medieval market of La Flotte, this charming house awaits you for a Rhétais stay with, as a bonus: relaxation, walks, seafood tasting and discovery of the island.
From here, you will have everything nearby, and thus can enjoy your holiday on foot or by bicycle. In a pretty alleyway, this house welcomes you with its large bright living room thanks to its numerous openings. You will love relaxing there in front of the television or by the fireplace on cool evenings. Then, you will find a kitchen-dining room. The kitchen is very well equipped so that you can cook good dishes. It has a gas hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. Then, the dining room with its large table and marine touches invites you to share convivial moments around good meals.
Upstairs, you will find a mezzanine with a sofa ideal for a quiet moment of reading, then three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a double bed and the last with two single beds that you can push together if necessary, all have a refined decoration and light tones, thus creating an atmosphere conducive to rest.
You will also find in the house a water room with WC on the ground floor, a bathroom with WC upstairs, a hair dryer, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
A public car park is available (Sainte Catherine car park) 250m from the house. Paid parking during the season (April to September)
