About this house rental
Welcome to La Rose des Vents! Spacious family house of 160 m² with large enclosed garden in a quiet and out of sight also with a large sunny terrace. The house is located only 5 minutes walk from the beach and the port of La Flotte. Ideal for 2 families or 3 couples, our house combines comfort, calm and proximity to shops.
Capacity: Up to 12 people (4 bedrooms, including 2 adult bedrooms and 2 children's bedrooms, + baby equipment). Prices: Adapted according to the number of occupants - contact us if you are more than 10 people.
The accommodation
On the first floor:
• Large entrance, living room with TV and fiber box, books and board games.
• Open fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, food processor, Nespresso machine... high chair)
• Bathroom with WC
• Garage (washing machine, dryer, extra fridge)
Upstairs:
• 4 spacious bedrooms (new bedding) each with a large closet (shelves and wardrobe) and a desk:
o Parents' bedroom 1: 1 bed of 160
o Parents' bedroom 2: 2 beds of 80X200 or 1 bed of 160 (2 single duvets and a double duvet) + travel cot, baby mattress, baby bouncer
o Children's room 1: A bunk bed and 2 single beds (or a double bed 160)
o Children's room 2: A bunk bed and a bunk bed for young children (80/160)
• Bathroom with shower (+ changing table) + separate toilet
Outside:
• Large enclosed garden out of sight and quiet with furniture for 12, deckchairs, barbecue
• Parking for 2 cars / bicycle space
Services:
• Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning included
• Optional household linen: 28 €/pers (sheets and towels) - contact us
