Between Saint Remy de Provence and Alpilles, Avignon, the Camargue and near the Mont Ventoux, this property is entirely enclosed and sported on 2000m2 of land.
It has a private swimming pool 10m x 4m to 1.40m depth and a paddling pool 2m x 4m pool for minors (about 40cm deep) completely safe for children.
You can shade yourself under one of two gazebos to attend to reading, to have lunch or cocktails (1 table with 6 chairs, a barbecue and sunbathing are available).
The house is fully equipped (microwave, oven, coffee maker, washing machine, iron, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, TV, DVD and internet wifi), this property has, on the floor, 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom including a walk-in shower, two sinks and toilets.
A cot, high chair and small bath are available to your child.
On the ground floor, a large main living opens to a little over / garden that separates the house from the pool. On the side, various fruit trees and some vines will bring you the fruits of the season.
The living room consists of a kitchenette, dining and living room. There is also a utility room and separate toilet.
The owner, very discrete, lives nearby and looks after the maintenance of the pool. It is also there to learn best throughout your stay.
