Perfect place to stay for visiting the eastern part of Loire valley. It's close to Chambord and Blois. It is a nice studio with outdoor area. Perfect! It is a holiday rental that we would return to if we were back inthe Loire valley.

It was so lovely , absolutely spotless , our hosts could not have done more , however we thought we had booked a stay at the Gates of Chateau Chambord , not a village nearby , so that was a bit disapointing

This was a lovely property with super hosts. The hosts were welcoming, took care of all our needs and questions. Even though they spoke very little English and we spoke almost no French. Together we all made the communications work. The property was spotlessly clean and well equipped with great appliances. Garden was like a park and the bird sounds were a melody. Quiet location close to many Loire Valley attractions. A very big thank you wonderful hosts.

Small but perfectly formed! The accommodation was very well equipped and sparkling clean. The terrace with a view of the beautiful garden was ex ellent for eatong outside. Alain and Isa were wonderful hosts and we had a lovely stay which made a great start to our French holiday. Many thanks to them both and we hope to re visit next year.

Wonderful hosts, a beautiful property and a great location. We really wish we had more than a week. It is a well thought out and fitted unit. In the middle of a long trip, we really appreciated the laundry facilities. With many conveniently located attraction, the challenge is to actually leave this beautiful peaceful place.

This lovely, well designed studio set in a beautiful garden was a pleasure to stay in. We were made very welcome by the owners and quickly felt at home. The relaxing atmosphere was just what we needed to recharge our batteries. We enjoyed it so much it was hard to leave We would recommend it to anybody.

Our hosts, Isabelle and Alain, were absolutely fabulous. Even though we could not speak French and they could only speak a little English we communicated very well, thanks to the mobile phone translator!! The studio was only 5 years old but it looked as if it was only just built. Beautifully maintained, very clean and the location excellent for the Loire Valley chateaus and places of interest. Highly recommend.

this studio had the wow factor,it had everything you needed for a self catering holiday.it was immaculate.large room,that served as the kitchen/bedroom,and good easy chairs to relax into while watching t.v on an evening(would advise to take computer or pad),the bathroom was quite big too and was well stocked with towels etc, it also has a laundry room with everything (if you travel light).there is a lovely patio.to relax on with sun lounges on to look out onto the beautiful garden(filled with flowers and tomatoe plants) which we were invited to help ourselves to,the off road parking was good on the owners drive .it was a very private and a peacefull place to stay.the location was good for touring around ,within easy driving distance.of many attractions ,cities,markets,etc(would advise to use tourist information offices)all though there is lots of infomation in the studio.we cannot praise this holiday accommadation enough.it was excellent and can strongly recommend it,and would certainly go back there again thanks to you both.Dennis and, Mary. 15 September to 30 September 2017

Un magnifique séjour

Un accueil et un logement tout simplement irréprochable, et des propriétaires très discrets mais tout à fait disponibles. Tout était fait pour que nous soyons le mieux installé avec notre bébé de 9 mois. La mise à disposition du nécessaire pour bébé était un très gros plus et surtout de très bonne qualité. L'emplacement est magnifique, calme et joliment aménagé. Proche des plus beaux châteaux de la Loire, c'est un lieu que nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander autour de nous et que nous recommandons aux futurs visiteurs.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le gîte aménagé avec goût par Isa et Alain les propriétaires très sympathiques. Studio d'une propreté remarquable: climatisation,draps serviettes, produits d'entretien fournis, literie irréprochable. Grand jardin avec une profusion de roses magnifiques. Calme en étant proche des commerces, des châteaux, des circuits à vélo. Tout était parfait: nous reviendrons.

Ce petit appartement, en excellent état, est d'une propreté et d'un pratique parfait. Rien à redire. L'équipement est complet avec des services que l'on trouve très rarement : clim, salle de bain très contemporaine, équipement de cuisine, d'entretien du linge et de mise à disposition d'appareils parfait, qualité de la literie très bonne, terrasse, le tout parfaitement entretenu. L'accueil des propriétaires est exceptionnel ainsi que leur serviabilité. Très bien placé pour les visites de châteaux les plus prestigieux. Je le recommande vivement.

Ce gîte est très bien situé. La situation est à 2 pas de la forêt de Chambord. Et à côté des circuits des Châteaux à vélo. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants merci à eux. Leur gîte est superbement bien agencé et vue sur un magnifique jardin.

Äusserst nette Gastgeber in Mont-près-Chambord, ideales Feriendomizil

Die sehr sympathischen Gastgeber haben uns fürsorglich (mit einer warmen Suppe) empfangen und mit einem ausgedehnten Apéritif verabschiedet; während des Aufenthalts haben sie diskret den großen Garten ganz uns überlassen und ihre Terasse kaum benutzt. Man sollte allerdings französisch sprechen. Das Appartement ist mit allem (außer Backofen) ausgestattet, sehr sauber, enthält AC+Heizung (nicht benutzt), Rolläden und Fensterläden, große Sonnenabdeckung über der zugehörigen kleinen Terasse, das Bad ist sehr geräumig. WLAN und TV vorhanden (wohl ohne ARD,ZDF,.. aber wir haben es kaum probiert). Im wunderschönen Garten gibt es Liegestühle, Auflagen dafür und Waschmaschine in separatem Raum. Die wichtigen Loire-Schlösser (unser Favorit: Schloss in Blois!) sind gut zu erreichen. Tipp: Amboise und Chenonceau nicht am Wochenende besuchen! In der Umgebung kann man wunderschöne Radtouren machen: Wenn man die routes départemental (Dxxx) vermeidet, sind die Straßen kaum befahren, dennoch zumeist gut geteert, die Beschilderung ist vorbildlich. (Tipp: IGN-Carte de randonnée "Blois Chambord", 1:25000, erhältlich im Intermarché in Mont-p-Ch.). Unsere Radtouren direkt im Park von Chambord waren dagegen nicht so schön wie erhofft (schnurgerade Strecke, teils äußerst steinig/holprig). Mont-près-Cahmbord hat ca. 3000 Einwohner, Intermarché mit Tankstelle, 2 Bäckereien (die an der Kirche hat zuweilen gutes dunkles Brot) und ein wohl sehr beliebtes Naturbad (das wir jedoch nicht besucht haben). Fazit: Wir hatten einen überaus schönen Urlaub! Danke an die Vermieter!

Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil malgré leur absence en début de séjour car ils étaient également en vacance . Nous avons été accueilli par une autre personne qui nous a fourni toutes les explications nécessaires. le logement est impeccable avec tout le confort nécessaire rien ne nous a manqué pour le séjour. Je recommande cette location sans soucis Merci Isabelle et Alain ce fut un plaisir de vous rencontrer et surtout bon rétablissement à Alain

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable au gîte 'les Peupliers' dans un endroit calme, un jardin grand et des fleurs partout. Notre but était de faire le Loir et la Loire à vélo et le gîte est bien situé pour faire cela.

Das Appartement ist einfach super, alles war blitzeblank, die Vermieter unheimlich nett und zuvorkommend. Ein zauberhafter Garten mit super leckeren Tomaten. In der Küche ist auch genügend Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfanne, etc. vorhanden. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Absolut empfehlendswert. Die Restaurants im Ort haben wir nicht getestet, sollen nach Aussage der Vermieter nicht gut sein.
