A lovely, peaceful cottage with everything we needed - and which kept cool in the hottest weather! Perfect location for visiting a number of chateaux (both big and small), as well as a number of walks around the forests and lakes. The hosts were very welcoming, helpful and generous. This Gite has been finished to a very high standard, everything is lovely for a perfect relaxing holiday. You can just walk up to the road for lovely fresh bread in the morning. There is a restaurant in the village within walking distance and for larger shops we went to Auchan which was not too far away. I would recommend this Gite.

The cottage is a very nicely refurbished building, thoughtfully furnished & equipped. Tour en Sologne is ideally situated for visiting chateaux & other attractions in the east of the Loire.The village itself is quiet, but has a boulangerie & a couple of small bar/ restos with a pizza van on Thursday evenings. There's an Intermarche in a neighbouring village fairly close by. Both Mme & M Vincent are kind & helpful hosts who made every effort to ensure our visit was enjoyable & comfortable. We very much appreciated their thoughtfulness. I would highly recommend a stay here.

We stayed for one week in late September. The house is easy to find and is in a great location, near to a fantastic bakery and a couple of bar/restaurants. Evelyne met us for the check-in, and was very friendly and happy to chat. We hadn’t noticed the extra 20€ charge for towels and bedlinen, but that was all sorted out quickly in time for our arrival. She maintains the property really well, it’s very clean & tidy, nicely decorated and has everything we needed for our stay. She also very kindly arranged a bottle of wine for us when we arrived. The shower (downstairs) has excellent water pressure and the rooms are all bigger than the photos on the website might suggest. Note that the wifi is pretty much non-existent. We could get some patchy signal strength using the public wifi in the village, and it was not a problem for us. There’s a nice patio area where we sat out for drinks and meals. The private car parking is great, through a set of iron gates (shared with Evelyne and her husband) and right adjacent to the patio. We had a great stay, thanks again to Evelyne & her husband.

We stayed at this beautiful place. Where we were greeted by the owner who made us feel very welcome. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and biscuits and during our stay some home grown tomatoes. The property had everything we needed and in the village there was also a lovely bakery and restaurant . On spending days exploring Chateau’s and the zoo which is a must to see it was so relaxing to return to this lovely place. I would recommend it to all. This delightful house is perfect for a family of 4 or a couple. As 2 couples this caused some embarrassment as the bedrooms are adjoining with the second bedroom only accessible through the other bedroom. This was not made clear in the particulars. We were unable to go out separately in the evenings as those sleeping in Bedroom 2 had to go to bed first.The bathroom upstairs is situated off the first bedroom. Using the facilities at night was awkward and resulted in having to use a torch so as not to disturb the other couple when walking into their room and not using the bathroom light as this triggered a loud fan.More importantly was the fact that an adult man is unable to stand to use the toilet due to the low and sloping ceiling height. The rest of the house is lovely, the downstairs perfect and the outside space. We would go there again, but only as 1 couple.

Gîte très propre et très confortable. Idéalement placé pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire en famille. Le village est agréable avec une charmante petite église et une bonne boulangerie. Seul bémol, le réseau 3G/4G est très faible dans tout le village et pas de wifi (la propriétaire y travaille) qui rend le télétravail impossible. Parfait pour une détox numérique !

L'annonce indiquait 2 chambres, en réalité il n'y a qu'une chambre avec 1 lit 140x 190 et un couloir avec 2 lits qui permet l'accès aux toilettes, a la chambre et au rdc. Peut convenir a un couple avec enfants mais pas a des adultes... Bruyant côté route passante avec simple vitrage .. Gîte très propre et bien équipé !!

Excellent séjour dans ce gîte bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Bon accueil par les propriétaires, gentils, disponibles et discrets. Petits cadeaux à l'arrivée , toujours appréciés. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce gîte d'une propreté irréprochable. Le logement est très agréable et extrêmement confortable. A deux pas de Chambord, Cheverny, Blois avec la maison de la Magie sans oublier le château de Villesavin et à 30 minutes de Chenonceau et du zoo de Beauval. Merci pour votre accueil et votre discrétion. Nous ne pouvons que vous le recommander !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette charmante petite maison typique de la région. Les Hôtes sont des gens très sympathique à l'écoute et attentif mais pas envahissant. La maison et très très propre et très bien équipée La déco nous plonge dans un confort et il ne nous reste plus qu'a nous détendre et profité des vacances. Le seul bémol est la connexion internet, mais on s'y fait et finalement on se déconnecte du quotidien et de nos habitudes pour apprécier notre séjour. Encore merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil et leurs écoute nous ne manquerons pas de revenir pour finir notre tour des châteaux de la Loire. Corinne, Clémence et Maxens

Mooi vakantieverblijf. We troffen het huis zeer netjes aan en alles was in orde. Het huis is zeer mooi gedecoreerd en de keuken is van alle gemak voorzien (vaatwas et zeer volledige uitrusting). 's nachts kun je gerust met open raam slapen. De familie is zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk. Dank voor de Cremant, de koekjes en de tomaten van eigen oogst. De Loirestreek is zeer landelijk maar het huis ligt dicht bij verschillende goede restaurants en ook bij een bakker en supermarkt. We hebben fietstochtjes kunnen doen en natuurlijk kastelen bezocht . Het enig minpuntje is de internetverbinding maar dat schijnt in de Loirestreek een probleem te zijn dus het heeft niets met dit huis te maken. Zeker een aanrader.

Séjour agréable dans un gite ou rien ne manque, décoré avec gout confortable accueil chaleureux des propriétaires(petits gâteaux ,vin de pays ,bouquet de fleurs sur la table) nous avons même assisté à un spectacle grandiose(nuits de Sologne) accompagnés des propriétaires .L'extérieur très agréable avec terrasse et jardin fleuri, également très agréable de trouver des œufs ou de la bernache devant notre porte en rentrant de balades. les propriétaires prennent le temps de nous conseiller pour les différentes occupations que nous pouvons trouver dans cette belle région (des circuits vélos très bien fléchés , Chambord et Cheverny à proximité sans oublié le brame du cerf que l'on peu voir et entendre dans les observatoires .nous en sommes à notre cinquième séjour et il y en aura d 'autres, vous pouvez venir vous ne serez pas déçu. Nous avons passé 14 jours dans ce gite charmant. Pour 4 adultes, c'était également confortable, avec une situation idéale pour découvrir la région. La maison était récemment rénovée, avec un tres bon gout, gardant quelques souvenirs de l'ambiance d'autrefois. Nous en avons bien apprécié cette ambiance familiale. Tout cela avec des équipements tout nouveaux, bien entretenus, et une propreté impeccable. Le jardin, les alentours sont aussi bien aménagés, agréables á regarder. L'objectif de nos vacances était de découvrir les célebres chateaux de la Loire et nous avons particulierement apprécié la visite dans de petits chateaux moins touristiques des alentours, comme celui de Villesavin ou Beauregard, ou encore Troussay. Les propriétaires du gite sont tres charmants, je les remercie de nouveau de leur gentillesse.

Nous avions réservé cette location sur 2 critères : une cheminée (pour se faire des flambées le soir) et un accès à internet(car notre fille prépare un concours). Nous n’avons eu ni l’un ni l’autre. Il y a bien une cheminée mais il nous a été interdit de l’utiliser!!! Sans parler des draps que nous avons dû louer alors que le linge de maison était normalement fourni. Même chose pour les serviettes de bain mais nous n’avons pas dû les payer...(quelle chance) . Pas de fond de cuisine non plus... Bref une location qui n’est pas conforme à l’annonce et ce n’est pas acceptable. On fait les choses bien ou on ne les fait pas Passez votre chemin; il y a bien mieux ailleurs
