The apartments are located in an exclusive and quiet location. Some have a direct view of the Baltic Sea and a five-minute walk to the beach promenade. Not far from the apartment complex you can take long walks in the Jasmund National Park. The beautiful property is 1300 square meters and is located next to an old historic villa, which in former times was a summer residence of a rich Berlin merchant. The apartment house has 12 apartments in high-quality equipment (1- to 2-room, spacious kitchen with the best equipment, terrace or Balconies, satellite TV, stereo, lift, underground parking, Baltic Sea and u. v.m.) and are suitable by the spatial distribution for friendly families. Restaurants and cozy pubs can be found in the area. On request we offer a bread service. Breakfast in the neighboring Hotel Meeresgruss (about 20 meters) possible. Please sep. Hinzbuchen or on-site bookable on request. Please note: Due to the high quality equipment, the apartment is only rented to persons over 18 years!

In the underground car park (duplex parking system - not suitable for large cars), you can use the comfortable car park 11 above. The penthouse can be reached by elevator.
