Villa Anna was built at the end of the 19th century in the seaside resort architectural style and today offers 11 comfortably furnished apartments for 2 to 6 people, featuring an elevator, a loggia, and a view of the Baltic Sea in almost all apartments.
The various 1-, 2-, and 4-room apartments, ranging from 40 to 150 square meters in living space, are all equipped with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The glass-enclosed sunrooms offer a magnificent view over the Old Town to the Baltic Sea and Jasmund National Park.
Free Wi-Fi is available for guests in the building. Each apartment comes with a parking space.
There is a terrace and a well-maintained garden for shared use, as well as a bicycle storage room, a washing machine, and a dryer. One apartment in the building is located on the lower level with a garden view and features its own terrace.
