Our 50-square-meter apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building with an elevator in Chantemerle, near the ski lifts, right across from the Luc Alphand run. Featuring a living room, an open-concept kitchen, a large bedroom, and a bathroom, it offers plenty of space for a comfortable stay for two couples or a family with up to three children. In addition, its terrace with patio furniture allows you to enjoy meals outdoors while soaking up the sun and taking in a beautiful view of the mountains.
You can park your car in the residence’s private parking lot, and you also have access to the common room, which is equipped with a ping-pong table and a ski locker.

Wonderful, spacious apartment close to shops, restaurants and ski lifts. Immaculately clean and with everything you need. Very well equipped kitchen, making self-catering really easy.I don’t usually comment on beds, as they are so subjective, but the bed really was extremely comfortable.The hosts were very communicative and helpful and met us at the property to show us around and give tips on our stay. Ski storage in the basement was really useful. Free parking at the property but the navette also stops right outside. Will definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

An apartment with lovely mountain views convenient for Chantmerle & skiing. The hosts, Sabine & Yannick, were lovely and very welcoming.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yannick and Sabine’s apartment. Well equipped with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.
Yannick and Sabine were great hosts who were very communicative and welcoming both prior and during the booking.

Appartement très confortable et très bien équipé dans une résidence et un quartier calmes. Navette pour les pistes au pied de l'immeuble. Jolie vue depuis le grand balcon (ensoleillé l'après-midi uniquement). Propriétaire sympathique.
