This warm, sunny, and very well-maintained apartment faces south on the garden level of a three-story residence (Le Prorel) in a quiet area, close to shops and ski lifts. This prime location offers a clear view of the Luc Alphand slope. The apartment consists of one room that includes a fully equipped larch kitchen, a dining area with a rustic table and two benches, and a living room with a new 140-size sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV stand, and a storage cabinet. From this main room, you can access the hallway leading to the enclosed corner of the apartment with two bunk beds and a bed with drawers (the mattresses are new), the fully equipped bathroom, and finally the separate toilet. You’ll have access to the private parking lot located north of the condo.

Appartement simple tout en longueur très bien placé et proche des remontées.
Idéal pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Matelas du clic clac très confortable. Attention, les matelas des lits superposés sont assez petits.

Appartement propre bien situé par rapport au centre ville et remontée mécanique.

Un petit manque de coordination au niveau de l'arrivée mais appartement très bien équipé et agréable néanmoins salle de bain très petite notamment la cabine douche et manque de délimitation au niveau de la terrasse ce qui est assez genant. Environnement idéal pour les enfants beaucoup d'activités.
