About this villa rental
The property is quietly located at the end of a dead end with a secure automatic gate. It consists of an apartment of 50m2 on the ground floor and a large terrace overlooking a secure swimming pool (11mx6m) facing south. The apartment is classified in a 3-star category by the Sanary tourist office (March 2017). Linen and towels provided.
The land also offers places shaded by pines and century-old olive trees for a well-deserved nap.
A fitness area and a pétanque court are also available.
The apartment consists of a bedroom for 2 people (160x200 bed) large storage and a shower room (Italian), wc, towel dryer. Hair dryer and towels provided.
The living room has a sofa bed (160x200) thus accommodating two additional people.
The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped and has all the amenities:
-oven
-microwave
-induction hob
-fridge + freezer
-dishwasher
-nespresso coffee machine + toaster
- ironing board + washing machine + vacuum cleaner

We had great week in the apartment. Excellent location on the outskirts of Sanary Sur Mer. Apartment was very well equipped and pool was superb. Stunning views from the terrace and super quiet yet only minutes away from shops, restaurants and beaches. Marc was an excellent host! Highly recommended.

L’appartement est propre et bien équipé, la terrasse est agréable et la piscine est absolument magnifique. Tout ça dans une grande propriété bien entretenue et avec une vue splendide.
Marc est un hôte très sympathique tout en étant très discret.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous y reviendrons certainement !

Nhésitez pas! C’est un appartement joli, extrêmement propre, bien comfortable et équipé de tout le nécessaire. La villa est bien située si vous recherchez la paix tout en étant à proximité de Sanary-sur-Mer et Bandol. La terrasse et la piscine sont magnifiques et privées. Un gros merci à notre hôte pour son accueil et toutes ses bonnes suggestions et recommandations d’activités, restaurants etc
