About this house rental
Detached house with swimming pool in Sanary sur mer, countryside setting. It is located in the heart of a large plot of land planted with multi-hundred-year-old olive trees.
Private above-ground swimming pool diameter 3m50 height 1m20, with secure ladder for children.
This air-conditioned house with a surface area of 55m2 consists of:
- 1 large living room with 160 x 190 sofa bed and television
- an open kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher
- a bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed and large cupboard
- a bedroom with bunk beds and dresser
- a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
- a laundry room with washing machine
- a shaded terrace equipped with a gas plancha
The whole is located on a plot of about 3000m2 which is not fully fenced.
The beaches and the town centre are a 10-minute drive away.
The accommodations are limited to 6 people, so no parties, birthdays, and no noise pollution. We live 50m higher.
Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. If you wish to dispense with it, there is an additional charge of 60€.
Household linen (sheets and towels are not provided), possibility of rental at the rate of 15€ per person per stay. Please let us know 48 hours in advance.
In the summer period (July and August), rental only by the week from Saturday to Saturday.

Très bonne adresse pour visiter la côte. La maisonnette est très confortable et dans un bel environnement ( au milieu d'oliviers très impressionnants !).
Effectivement proche de l'autoroute, mais ce n'est pas dérangeant.
L'accueil est super et l'adresse à recommander.

Wir haben die Zeit außerordentlich genossen. Wunderbare Umgebung, ein Haus, um zur Ruhe zu kommen - und trotzdem sind das Meer und die schönen Orte und Städte gut und auf kurzem Wege erreichbar.
