Great location - well appointed apartment

Great location with a direct view of the harbour - the apartment was compact but very well appointed and comfortable. Perfect for couples.

There was quite a lot of early morning noise - but apart from the market on Wednesday it may have just been the post-Xmas clean up!

Being right in the heart of Sanary there is understandably some noise from the cafés and street below. As there are pictures of a couple apartments on the Booking pages, check you’ve booked the right one!

Beautiful Sanary balcony view was a lovely stay.

View of the Sanary port is beautiful and entertaining without being too loud at night. The studio had a wonderful balcony and the kitchen provided enough to make a small meal. This is a historic building but the studio is totally modern and done to a high standard.

As noted in the listing there are quite a few stairs to climb so this is not for mobility impaired individuals. Car must be parked in public parking to access this quaint area in Sanary. I would suggest the addition of a full or partial mirror in the bathroom and a handrail for the interior stairs that are just inside the private entry.

Great location

The location is fabulous. Everything is just outside and the beaches are an easy walk.

The offerings were a bit frugal. Only 2 coffee capsules and 2 sugars for a 4 night stay. Only 1 dishwasher tablet (we were asked to break it in half). Nothing in the kitchen like oil or vinegar which we usually see in other properties.

A beautiful apartment in a fabulous location, with a most helpful host.

The apartment is very smart, immaculate and is very well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. It is also in a quite amazing location, with a wonderful view. The host, Maxime, is very courteous and most helpful, even arranging to pick me up on arrival at the station. I have stayed in this apartment on a previous occasion and wouldn’t hesitate to return, and can recommend it highly.

Perfect stay!

Very clean and functional studio with a fantastic view. Maxime's welcome was super friendly and he gave us some good information about restaurants and nice locations. A bottle of rosé was also provided upon arrival. Restaurants, stores, market, beach, ... are all within walking distance. Absolutely recommended!

Even before we arrived, communication was super easy and friendly. The location was super clean. The apartment has everything you could ask for, especially the AC was very nice in the hot nights. But the best thing about the apartment is it's beautiful balcony with the view on the sea and people busy on the markets.

Wunderschön gelegen oberhalb des Hafens...grossartige Aussicht auf das quai charles de gaulle und das Meer...wirklich komfortabel eingerichtet und sehr sauber...und: Maxime ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Gastgeber, der sofort antwortet, wenn man eine Frage hat oder ihn kontaktieren möchte! Wirklich tiptop...unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen!

Studio confortable idéalement situé au centre de Sanary

En plein coeur de Sanary, joli studio moderne, idéal pour profiter des illuminations de Noel. Belle décoration, bien aménagé et propre et vue magnifique sur le port de jour comme de nuit.

Quelques petites remarques pour améliorer le séjour: 2 sachets de thé, du gel douche et des mouchoirs seraient appréciables

Déception de n’avoir pas la terrasse en photo sur l’annonce

J’aurais du comprendre, selon le propriétaire, que je louais un appartement dans une résidence en comprenant plusieurs et que les photos montrant un balcon terrasse étaient celles d’un autre appartement … Ma location par booking ne proposait qu’un seul appartement et, les photos du balcon étaient sur l’annonce, j’ai donc été déçu, j’ai appelé dès mon arrivée le propriétaire qui voulait tout de suite annuler la location, récupérer les clefs et me laisser à la rue, plus préoccupé de sa note booking que des bonnes conditions d’accueil de ses locataires, ce qui a un peu gâché le séjour et, il m’importait de rapporter ici cet incident … À part ça, l’appartement est nouvellement rénové et agréable pour un court séjour

Très déçus

The port view

La description du logement reçu en confirmation est suffisamment confuse pour indiquer une terrasse, en description et en photo. Cette photo de la terrasse vous la voyez au moment du booking. Il n’y avait au moment de Booking, qu’un seul appartement disponible, et donc par les photos de la terrasse s’appliquait bien. Or avec surprise l’appartement loué « Le Pointu » ne comporte pas de terrasse. Le propriétaire a convenu avec nous qu’il y avait bien une imprécision car la description concerne l’immeuble Sanaritz et qu’il comporte trois appartements dont un seul a une terrasse. Ce dernier n’a voulu consentir aucun geste commercial car sans terrasse nous ne l’aurions sûrement pas pris. L’appartement est juste situé au-dessus d’un bars restaurant, extrêmement bruyant, sans isolation phonique aux fenêtres; il faut attendre le départ des derniers clients pour s’endormir. Attention donc avant le booking, vous devez absolument checker la description individuelle de l’appartement booké si vous croyez prendre celui avec terrasse

superbe séjour

Ce studio est situé dans la zone piétonne face au port. La vue est magnifique.Nous avons mangé tous nos repas sur le balcon et nous nous sommes reposés sur les chaises longues. L'appartement est confortable. Le lit est parfait.

L’appartement ne peut tout simplement pas être mieux placé qu’il ne l’est, on est à 3 minutes max de tous les bars, à 10 minutes de la plage, et on donne en plein sur le fameux marché nocturne de Sanary

Le studio est vraiment nickel, l'emplacement parfait, le literie parfaite, Maxime et sa maman sont très sympathiques et réactifs. La vue sur le port est incroyable. Comme dirait Georges : -What else ?
