L’appartement est confortable et spacieux pour les familles. Le rapport qualité prix est bien. Il a un emplacement exceptionnel à côté du port, des commerces… on s’y sent bien.
Nous étions au courant qu’il n’y avait pas de parking ce qui nécessite un peu de recherche de place pour ne pas payer cependant parkings payant à proximité (mais cher).
