Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned holiday home for rent in Sanary-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a shared swimming pool. It measures 53 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 24 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a shower room. Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 24 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds for children (70×160)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A shared swimming pool (unheated) open from 1 April to 30 September (dates are subject to change and weather conditions)
- A 23 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days
