About this villa rental
This house of 250m ² on 2 levels and its exteriors 1 500 m ² of ground is located at the doors of the city of Toulon and its beaches.

A solarium area to relax with two sunbeds.
An exceptional view of the medieval village on one side and Mount Caume on the other.
Below the terrace you can enjoy the joys of swimming and relax in the green areas.
Many seating and sunbeds for sunbathing.
A garden furniture, a table to taste, a swing for children.
Interior: the villa has all the comforts of the modern world and useful amenities:
- A well equipped kitchen: gas hob, microwave, oven, fridge, Senseo and Italian coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, scraper, kitchen equipment, dishwasher etc ....
- A dining room: large table that can accommodate up to 12 people and its seats.
- A living room with fireplace, flat screen TV, stereo and speakers, DVD player, sofas (2 sofas 3 places + 2 sofas 1 places), armchairs etc ....

Sheets are provided, mattresses and box springs of good quality

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
Nous avons pu profiter d'une literie de qualité et des grands espaces de la maison.
Petit bémol, il n'y a pas la climatisation, mais la maison reste relativement fraîche et des ventilateurs sont à disposition
Nous gardons l'adresse pour revenir dans ce lieu exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un week-end très agréable entre amies dans cette superbe villa. Malgré un temps mitigé nous avons bien profité de la maison très bien équipée et confortable. Notre hôte a été très accueillante et disponible. Un grand merci pour ce merveilleux séjour.

Une villa de caractère, très bien située (15min de la plage en voiture). La maison étant très grande avec un immense séjour très apprécié lorsque l'on est groupe de 7. La piscine est un réellement un plus lors des fortes chaleur.
Encore merci à Mme AUDE pour l'accueil. Au plaisir.
