A fabulous flat in the heart of the Sablettes beach!

Fantastic location at the heart of Sablettes and easy beach access (literally 'just there' - see photo from our balcony), a variety of restaurants/bars/bakery in the immediate vicinity - perfect weather that allowed us to bathe even late September! - Size of the apartment just right for our group (9 persons) with 2 bathrooms (w/WC) and 1 WC apart; interesting configuration of having the 2 bathrooms at the end of the apartment but very nice blessed with the sunlight - Inside recently renovated with everything working; found pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen; many thanks for the ice cubes ready in the freezer - Good communication with the property prior to, during, and after the visit, but everything was done on-line, which was convenient - Luxury to have a reserved, covered parking downstairs

Some pre-work to do: contact information on their site, a separate security deposit to pay in advance, etc. - Slight misunderstanding due to the description of the ad: the 2nd bedroom with a bunk bed can have EITHER 1 big bed OR 2 single beds, and not both (which was confusing) - We had a very minor issue with the ironing board but was resolved quickly - The lift did not work a few times, but as the apartment was on the 2nd floor it was ok - Surrounded by restaurants and bars, you hear some noise, together with waves ;-) but that did not bother us

Great spot right by the beach!

The place was spacious enough for our group of 5, having 2 full bathrooms (with toilets) and an extra toilet was really an advantage! The hosts were also very attentive.

L emplacement est superbe, l appartement lumineux et spacieux.

L annonce sur booking est mal rédigée. La chambre n 2 ne contient pas : 2 lits simples, 1 lit superposé, 1 grand lit double mais seulement 1grand lit double et 1 lit superposé. Une personne à donc dormi dans le salon sur le clic clac qui est de bonne qualité.

Emplacement sur la plage et dans le petit quartier des Sablettes avec quelques commerces de proximité : très agréable !

Très bien

Tout étais positive . Propreté ( intérieur d'appartement et partie commun ) Placement , ( Café matinale au rez-de-chaussée , meilleure boulanger de village en face , meilleure glacier en face et tous les restaurant bien { TripAdvisor } sont autour de maison . Avoir une parking c'est très bien . Et dans la maison pour confort ne manquée rien , tout étais bien réfléchie .

Ascenseur tombé en panne. 2 jour sans ascenseur avec ma mère 88 ans c'était pas facile. Heureusement hôte et propriétaire de logement font nécessaire pour réparation urgent A pars ca tout étais exceptionnelles
