About this house rental
This is our home! We decided to share it for a weekend or during the holidays. We completely renovated it in 2022.
Large bright family house in a quiet area with a beautiful sea view, close to all amenities: bus stop 500m away serving local shops, Toulon city center and beaches.
The first floor:
- 3 bedrooms with double bed
- 1 bedroom with single bed in height
- 2 bathrooms
- 1 veranda with 1 play area and 1 reading area
- 1 laundry room with a mezzanine converted into a TV area
- 1 toilet
Upstairs:
- 1 master bedroom with shower room + toilet
- 1 office
- 1 functional kitchen open to the living room
- 1 large living room with sea view
- 1 pantry
- 1 electric piano
- 1 small balcony
- 1 terrace with sea view and the Baou massif
Outside:
- 1 secure swimming pool area (2.60m x 3.80m)
- 1 garden at the back of the house with trampoline
- Possibility of parking inside + in the street if needed
