Modern house of 240m² in a large property 2 minutes from Cannes with 6 bedrooms (1 in the chalet).
Living room of approximately 85m² with fireplace, large TV with Russian, Arabic, and English channels, equipped kitchen, and laundry room.
The first bedrooms are upstairs.
The first bedroom has a dressing room, a 1.60m bed, and its own bathroom, television, air conditioning, and views of the Esterel Mountains.
The second bedroom has a 1.60m bed, television, and air conditioning.
The third/fourth bedroom is a "family room." It has a 160cm double bed, television, and a connecting door to the other bedroom. It has two 90cm single beds, a bathroom, toilet, and air conditioning.
The fifth bedroom, a 1.60m bed, has an en suite bathroom, television, and air conditioning. The sixth "bedroom" is the wooden chalet, with a sink, television, air conditioning or ceiling fan, your choice, and a bathroom in the pool house.
Heated swimming pool with a neo-balcony (10.40m x 7.77m x 4.15m) (40m²), fitness center (Nordic Track T23 treadmill and weight bench), large surrounding slab, lawn, pool house with barbecue, pizza oven, plancha, bar, toilet, and changing room, several places to enjoy drinks or eat, trampoline, table tennis, and a beautiful view of the Esterel Mountains. Table tennis, billiards, etc. Private and secure.
Normally sleeps 10, but there is also a double bed in the chalet at the bottom of the garden.
Electric gate, private parking for 8 cars.
Located a few minutes from golf courses, tennis courts, and Marineland.

Tout d'abord, je souhaite remercier Ton pour son accueil et pour ses attentions. L'endroit est parfait. Nous avons passé les vacances autour de la piscine et de la cuisine d'été.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle villa. Au calme, très propre, la piscine entretenue tous les jours et un propriétaire très à l'écoute. Des espaces où chacun peut se reposer, un pool house parfait, une villa très agréable. On y est tellement bien que l'on a plus envie de sortir à l'extérieur ! Nous avons été chouchouté. L'annonce décrit parfaitement ce lieu. Merci Ton pour ce super séjour.

We spent 2 weeks here in July 2022. Overall a very positive experience. House is modern with contemporary furniture. Very well equipped kitchen. House is air conditioned which was essential during the recent heat wave. Bedrooms and bathrooms configuration was a little convoluted but they served their purpose. There is an extra 6th bedroom in a back yard, sort of a cabana, that was also air conditioned and was comfortable although you need to use the poolside toilet and shower.
The highlight of this house is the backyard and pool. It’s spacious and there is a super outdoor kitchen which we also used.
The other highlight is the owner Tod. He is a lovely guy and was always available to help make our visit as smooth as possible.
The house is in a good neighborhood and a short drive to shopping (we frequented the LeClerc hyper market almost every day). About 15m to downtown Cannes and 5m to the autoroute going to Nice or points west.
Only weakness is the wifi/internet which was terrible. This is not really the house’s fault as there is no high speed lines into this neighborhood. According to Tod, this is due to change in the Fall when fiber optic is supposed to be installed.

"Initially bit worried about road leading up to villa but once inside was beautiful. Some parts need a bit tired and in need of updating but on the whole would recommend this villa. Hosts Ton and Pasca..."
