This former fisherman's house of 68 m² is perfect for accommodating a family with children, a group of friends or professionals on the move.
Pretty and very flowery, benefiting from an excellent location, just 300m from Libraires beach, Pointe du Bé and 100m from the market square with its halls as well as all local shops: bakeries, wine cellars , supermarket, pharmacy, newsagent, hairdressers, restaurants, bars...everything is within walking distance!
You will find the two bedrooms upstairs, through, a landing bedroom with 2 single beds and the master bedroom with the double bed. A shower room with separate toilet on the ground floor, a living room and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen.
The house is comfortable and has many amenities: free WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, garden furniture...
You can enjoy a charming wooden terrace in the shade of the lime tree and a quiet green space to relax!
Children are welcome. All baby equipment is provided in the room.

I will take care to help you out with basic necessities (oil, salt, tea, coffee capsules, sugar, cleaning products, sponge, soap, toilet paper, etc.) in small quantities. It is up to you to complete these products throughout your stay.

Très bon séjour dans maison idéalement située

We came here in 2019 and found it to be a lovely little house and it didn't disappoint second time around.
Location is fabulous, with easy walk to the market, shops and beaches. The sweet little garden is perfect with plenty of shade and totally dog proof . The accommodation is compact but well equipped and comfortable. Unloading is a bit tricky as there is no parking at the house itself, but the car park is very close so no problem once you're done.
I'm sure we'll be back again. Thanks Sophie.

La maison est parfaite : pleine de charme, bien équipée, disposant d’un très joli jardin et idéalement située.
Nous avons pu y télétravailler et nous y reposer au calme.
De plus, tout est accessible à pieds : commerces, plages, ballades, etc...
Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
