Beautiful view overlooking the sea each room (living room, kitchen and bedroom) with terrace. Completely redone with new and equipped in gated 1st floor. Two steps, Thalasso La Baule Bay, Casino, close to the shops, halls and market. Numerous walks and fishing. Reservation possible fortnight, week or weekend.

Accueil agréable de Vincent, Le parking inclus est indispensable. L'appartement est a l'identique de l'annonce. Propre, bien décoré et fonctionnel. Très belle vue mer. Un bémol sur le coté bruyant des voitures sur l'avenue, mais c'est juillet...........

Appartement conforme aux photos. Propre, bien équipé. Accueil sympathique. Seul bémol le bruit pourtant c'est la basse saison il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde mais l'isolation thermique et phonique est très mauvaise. La région est magnifique.
