House completely renovated in 2019, quietly located in the courtyard of a villa, full center and close to all amenities, 400 m from the bay of La Baule. It includes a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a seating area.
2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with Italian shower and double basins.
Secure patio for children, and an equipped terrace. Private parking 1 car

This property was ideal for our week in Pornichet. Secure parking for our motorbikes. Perfect location in a quiet part of town with a very short walk to the market, boulangeries and several restaurants. Large Intermarché less than 10 minutes walk away. Hosts live on site, they were never intrusive, but very helpful if we had any questions. The property is completely enclosed so not overlooked and was extremely clean, spacious, with a superb shower, comfortable bed and was well equipped with everything we needed. 20 minute walk to the train station. The beaches were easily accessed from the property and were clean, very long and sandy.
