This condo was a perfect start to our vacation. We were going to be getting on a catamaran to sail for a week and this property was very near the rental place, The Moorings. So thankful we booked it. Very comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful pool directly in front of a little beach. I would stay again for sure.

Location is perfect for Placencia. Close to beach and beautiful view of the water. The unit could use some updating but was very clean with all the necessities. The concierge was amazing and made our stay the best!

This 2 bedroom condo is located in the best location! Close to pool, close to ocean, next to fountain and absolutely quite with privacy. Has it’s own deck with table and chairs. Inside was simple yet elegant.
