Welcome to our apartment! It is a modern, two-story penthouse with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a covered terrace, and a solarium, just a few dozen meters from the beach and marina of Colònia de Sant Jordi.
It comprises a spacious living-dining room with an integrated kitchen and a lounge area with a large, comfortable sofa and armchair, a 52-inch Smart TV, and 100 Mbps Wi-Fi. The living room and kitchen open onto a covered terrace, ideal for al fresco dining. On the same floor, you'll find two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers (one en suite). Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.
Upstairs, there is a third bedroom with a large double bed, an en suite bathroom with a shower, and direct access to a lovely private solarium for sunbathing in complete tranquility.
The duplex is located on the second floor of a small building with five apartments and includes a parking space in the garage.
All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning (heating and cooling).

Sehr gepflegte und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, es ist alles vorhanden. Die zentrale Lage ist super, Parkplatz im Haus TG. 2 Minuten zum Strand. Perfekt.

Die Wohnung ist super, perfekt ausgestattet,es fehlt wirklich nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt, man kann alles zu Fuß machen, auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Ein perfekter Urlaub von Anfang an. Die Gastgeberin ist total nett und flexibel. Früher angekommen, später gefahren. Alles kein Problem. Ist total zu empfehlen.
