Villa Teresa

Das Haus ist wunderschön, toll ausgestattet und die Lage ist hervorragend und zentral.

Villa Teresa is a stunning villa in a lovely area of Mallorca. The Villa is incredibly well appointed, with lots of space to relax and chill, either by the pool area or the 2 terraces available in 2 of the upstairs bedrooms. The Villa, on arrival, was immaculate and we could not have been happier with our choice! It’s far bigger than the it appears in the photos too. Both Teresa and her Mum Alicia, who greeted us on arrival, could not have been more responsive, friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, and this too makes such a difference to a holiday experience- thank you both ☺️ Located in the central part of the town, a gorgeous bakery just around the corner and just a 10 minute walk to either Es Trenc beach or the Marina and surrounding beaches. There is a great variety of restaurants to choose from throughout the town, all in walking distance, and approx a 50 minute drive to Palma. We all loved our stay in Villa Terese and the whole area too - and would highly recommend if you are looking to stay in Colonia Sant Jordi to stay here.

Das Haus erfüllt alle Erwartungen, die eine Familie oder größere Reisegruppe haben kann. Es ist puristisch, aber atmosphärisch eingerichtet – besonders abends fühlt man sich im großzügigen Wohnraum mit großem Flatscreen sehr wohl, wenn man mal Netflix oder Ähnliches schauen möchte. Doch die schönsten Stunden verbringt man draußen: Die kleine Terrasse am Pool bietet eine stimmungsvolle Atmosphäre mit einem schönen Blick. Trotz der zentralen Lage im Ort herrscht hier angenehme Ruhe. Die Umgebung ist ideal: Ein Supermarkt und ein hervorragender Bäcker befinden sich direkt um die Ecke – besser geht’s nicht. Das Parken ist völlig unproblematisch, entweder direkt vor dem Haus oder in der eigenen Tiefgarage. Fünf Schlafzimmer und zwei große Bäder bieten ausreichend Platz für alle. Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer sorgen auch an heißen Tagen für angenehme Temperaturen. Eine klassische Villa, liebevoll renoviert – eine echte Empfehlung für alle, die Colònia de Sant Jordi und den nahegelegenen Es Trenc Strand lieben.

The location was excellent and central to everything in town. Also loved the pool area and the mini-split air conditioning in each room.

I wish the WiFi extended into the bedrooms.
