Our apartment is newly built. It is conveniently situated close to the beach (50 mts.), but away from the noise, in a very quiet area.
On the first floor there is the kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
On the upper floor there is a separate bedroom with a bathroom and a terrace.
The house is equipped with everything necessary for the care and entertainment of children: cot, toys.
It also has a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a coffee maker and a kettle.
It has air conditioning (hot and cold) as well as wifi Internet connection.
We have an indoor private parking space and bicycles.

We loved our stay in St. Jordi! This 2 story apartment was so well kept and vary spacious for our family of 4. The patio was so cute and nice to have time to sit and relax. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, as well as some beach supplies in the storage closet. We did use the parking and it was very convenient (narrow dryway fyi). Joan was so nice and easy to work with when we had questions and needed to communicate. The location is great and you can do a lot even without a car. 2 nice beach areas nearby, the port with a lot of restaurants and shops, and a great bakery and gelato very close by too! We would love to return someday!

We love Colonia de Sant Jordi and have been there many times. This time, however, we also had the perfect vacation home.
A beautiful apartment that even exceeded our expectations, an incredibly kind and caring host who took great care of us.
Everything super clean! Great beds! A beautiful lodgia with lounge area and dining table AND a sun terrace.
We have recovered very well and are sad that the time passed so quickly.
We will be back and recommend!
