Radio, a kitchen, a guest toilet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a 12m² balcony, partly covered, also for smokers, WIFI (WiFi) free of charge. Private free parking space directly in front of the house. Large bicycle garage for 6 bicycles. The apartment is only 300m from the historic center. It has a very good connection to the Autobahn A40 Duisburg-Venlo exit Wachtendonk 2km to the apartment
