This house is very nice, facing south east, comfortable and beautifully decorated
It is ideally located in the middle of the island, in La Guérinière, about 100m from the sea and 200 m from the Bois des Eloux
Its surface area: 43 m2.
The living room opens through the sliding bay on the tiled terrace to the south.
The kitchen has cooking utensils, dishwasher, cooking utensils, oven, 2 ring hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster.
The room: 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 80, cupboard
The mezzanine: 1 bed 80, storage
The bathroom: faïence, Italian shower, washbasin, storage cabinet
WC: separate faience

The house is equipped with: iron, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, TV with DVD player, barbecue, 2 deck chairs, table and chairs, garden furniture
