Everything, the hotel, area, staff were amazing and accommodated everything for us! Super friendly. The concierge booked us taxis when needed and restaurants that were hard to book online in English.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, highly recommend! *****

Location was good except for the construction.
Very noisy. All the room doors face are common atrium area that's open four stories so you hear everything in the entire building. You even hear people talking down at the front desk.
And the door closer mechanisms on the rooms make all the doors slam loudly rather than closing softly.
I ran out of coffee pods because I wasn't getting my room cleaned every day and I asked the maid in the hallway for some coffee pods. I asked for four but she refused but only give me two. That's absolutely ridiculous such pettiness on a fairly expensive room. Also the rooftop pool bar area is pretty much useless because it's so hot. They need more shading and ceiling fans over the bar and wall mounted fans.
