Breakfast excellent Taxi to and from hotel very efficient. Staff friendly
Shower had to be used by trial and error - there were no markings to guide; in the event water became hotter only as knob turned further. A seat and something to hold on to for unsteady user would have made it safer. Persistent for hours during day banging noise from floor above (not part of hotel) made resting impossible; maybe building work?

I'm Dairy intolerant, and sadly ALL the bread and rolls (many kinds) and pastries at breakfast contained milk / lactose. This is very unusual, surely! The staff were super helpful , and carefully provided a gluten free baguette (also dairy free) each day. But gluten free bread is never very tasty! Surely the kitchen can provide some fresh bread /rolls without dairy, as part of their regular breakfast!

Very central location. The Buffet breakfast had plenty of options and was good value. The Coffee machine needed an explanation of its workings, which wasn't readily forthcoming!
The room was very disappointing and appeared to be off from the main part of the Hotel. It had no window or natural light, and a Bathroom that was into another room off the bedroom. There was no bottled water in the room.
