    I was hoping for more. Check-in was easy. Location is great. Bed and shower were good. There were however a few negatives. Booked a room with terrace but it wasn’t really a terrace, it was a barren hot rooftop. No shade, no table, no chair. There is a scented product that permeates the hotel entry, lobby and the room before fully aired out. Not pleasing. The “terrace” rooms are on the 5th top floor and the one working elevator only went to 4. There was no one on staff to deliver bags so we carried the bags up and down the 17 steps from 4th to 5th floor. At this price point I expect and usually receive more.

    The room was very small. The bathroom with closet about 2x1 m. The wastafel was outside the bathroom, in front of the bed, next to the door. However, the location was superb. In the middle of commercial area, many cafes, restaurants, and shops. Only 10 minutes walks to the Real Alcazar Seville, the Catedral Seville, the Setas of Sevilla, and probably 15 minutes walk from Belem Tower. There was also an incident. The door lock system experienced malfunction, so many rooms can not be locked from outside. They were able to fixed this malfunction in the next day.

    This hotel is located perfectly in the centre of Seville. Everywhere is walkable which makes it a great place to stay. The room was minimalistic and clean so overall a comfortable stay but I wouldn’t say very cosy. The hotel itself is fairly basic and there are no amenities. If you need anything from reception, there are no phones. You need to either go down or contact them via emails or WhatsApp. On one night and the following day, there was no hot water. The hotel did not communicate this to guests directly. This is a good hotel if you’re not staying in the hotel much but I don’t think a good value for money given how basic it is. You are paying for location.
