I had a single room on the ground floor. The room is accessible and quite big. It's next to the breakfast/coffee area, so its convenient but also noisy at 7am with sound of clashing plates when the staff are preparing breakfast, but I'm an early riser so it's okay. The breakfast is good. Love that coffee and tea is provided all day, and theres a microwave in the common area. The location is good for the Catheral and the Palace, but quite a long walk to the Spain Square and the shopping area. I came by an airport bus and had to pull my wheel-lugguage through bumpy stoned pavement.

We got a very good deal when booking, so the price was excellent for the stay. It rained most of the time and the temperature was quite low, but the room had air conditioning with heating, so it stayed nice and warm. The bathroom and shower booth were spacious, which was very comfortable. We stayed on the ground floor, and there was a double door in front of the room, so it was not noisy at all, even during breakfast time. In warmer weather, the window faces the terrace where outdoor breakfast is served, so it might be a bit noisy if the window is open. However, since we stayed during the rainy season, the terrace wasn’t used and it was very quiet. Even though the hotel is next to a flamenco venue, we didn’t experience any noise. There is also a spot in the lobby where guests can enjoy free water, tea, and coffee, which was a nice touch.

I loved everything about this hotel. It's walkable distance from the bus stop and easy walking distance to attractions at Old Town. Room itself was cozy, exceptionally clean and comfortable. I particularly appreciate the warm shower and the daily room cleaning service.

Mattress need to be replaced
