Well maintained, modern 2-room apartment (60 sqm) on the 1st floor / attic with sloping ceilings and separate entrance, via an outside staircase and a balcony to the courtyard inside. The apartment has a kitchenette with 4-Pl. E.herd, fridge freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, etc. and a dining table with 2 chairs. The living room comes with carpeted floors, satellite TV, wireless radio in the kitchen, coffee table with sofa / bed. The separate bedroom can accommodate 2 people with a double bed (upholstered bed 1.80 x 2.00 m) and wardrobe. Child bed is not possible for reasons of space. Bathroom with shower / toilet and mirror cabinet. The outdoor swimming pool can be a small fee to use. The initial bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price. Free Wi-Fi is available to our guests' disposal. A deposit of 50, - € is payable on arrival to the landlord.
