The small harbor of Kamminke and the water are within easy walking distance, while the apartment is pleasantly situated away from the typical tourist hotspots such as the Kaiserbäder.
Spanning approximately 25 m², the bedroom and kitchen are located on the upper level, while the bathroom is on the lower level. The two levels are connected by a relatively steep wooden staircase. Therefore, the apartment is only partially suitable for people with limited mobility.
The bedroom features a double bed, a TV (Fire TV), a writing desk, and storage space. The small kitchen features a dining area and a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and washing machine. The apartment can be accessed through both the kitchen and the bathroom.
The ceiling height is approximately 2 m and drops to 1.70 m due to sloped ceilings. Taller guests should watch their heads here.
In front of the upper entrance, a small seating area invites you to enjoy breakfast outdoors or a relaxing evening. Wi-Fi is available. One pet is welcome. Please note that pets are not allowed on the bed or furniture.
