About this cottage rental
Modern 3BR 2 BA In the heart of the island, short drive to Acadia National Park.
A modern, comfortable, light-filled cottage in a heavily-wooded neighborhood about 6 miles west of the village of Bar Harbor. Secluded, private and very quiet. All the amenities of home and a great central location for exploring the island and Acadia National Park--just a few miles to the Visitor Center in Hulls Cove and not far from the oceanfront at Hadley Point. Carriage road access is also just a few minutes away. Nicely wooded grounds and reclaimed church windows add to a fairy-tale feel.
First floor features a master bedroom with a queen bed, new carpeting, and a full bath. Second floor has two bedrooms, one with a full bed and one with 2 twin beds, and a second full bath.
A welcoming place you will return to again and again, once experienced.
Rates include the cost of normal departure cleaning.
All houses are fully equipped, including linens and dishes. No pets, no smoking anywhere on this property.
Refundable security deposit, 9% Maine State Sales Tax and a $25 nonrefundable booking fee are not included in the rental rates shown.
Although rates and calendars are updated online routinely, prices and availability are subject to change without notice, pending owner confirmation.
This house follows a Standard Cancelation Policy: No refund unless house is re-booked.

The house was more spacious than we had realized and the beds were comfortable. The deck and the washer/dryer were wonderful amenities to have. It was centrally located to all of the places we wanted to visit. Would recommend to a friend.

Nice cottage in great location. Very comfortable beds, all amenities you need. So close to Acadia- 10 minutes and you’re parked.
