About this house rental
Perfect place to call home away from home. Very cozy set up, that won't have that hotel feel. Everything that you may need on your vacation is provided. Two bedrooms are upstairs, so you can get well rested while the rest of your family is spending time downstairs watching TV, playing board games or cooking meals with fresh ingredients (Fresh Produce store with great prices is only a couple
of minutes away, within walking distance).
Orlando is only 1hr away!!! You can visit Disney or Universal.
Beach is 15 minutes away with great restaurants and free parking.
Take a kayak tour of famous Turkey Creek, only 5 minutes away - at Palm Bay Marina. Great prices on rental kayaks ($8 per single, $12 per double) and you get to see gators, turtles and even manatees. Bring camera to take awesome pictures!
Downtown Melbourne is only few miles away has a lot of small boutiques and great restaurants.
Melbourne Mall (with newly opened H&M, Express, Dick's Sporting Goods, Macy's and Dillards) is only 15 minutes away.
New Bass Pro Shop is 5 minutes away, located right by Palm Bay Harley Davidson.
Everything you need is provided: towels, bedding, all the things you need in the kitchen for making perfect meals, books, movies, board games, beach chairs and umbrellas. Just bring yourself and your family! And you are promised to have a great time!

Photos made unit look bigger than in reality. It worked fine for our needs. Master bedroom needs new mattress, when owner was informed they said they would order a replacement.

Location was perfect, quiet, and very clean. This was a great get away, plenty of room and loved the secluded patio.

We had a good time. Was disappointed in the patio. The grill was a disaster and there is a broken bench.
