About this house rental
Come enjoy our completely renovated 1000 sq ft townhouse. We are just a short 5 minute walk to the beach in the quiet Jamestown community, across A1A to the beach. Indian Harbour Beach is a small town great for surfing, kayaking, paddleboarding, cycling or just relaxing. There many parks on the beachside as well as on the Banana River and nearby access to Merritt Island. The Jamestown community has a beautiful heated pool and laundry facility. We recently renovated the entire townhouse including modern appliances. You can enjoy listening to the waves from the outside fenced in patio after a long day at the beach. First bedroom contains a queen sized bed, second bedroom contains a daybed with a trundle as a bed with full mattresses. Plenty of room for the family. Both bedrooms have large closets with ample storage space. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. Iron and Ironing board available as well as plenty of linens. Wifi, cable and utilities are included. We are close to Patrick Air Force Base, Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral, world famous Cocoa Beach and historic Ron Jon Surf Shop, 1 hour to Orlando area theme parks. Enjoy plenty of nearby dinning options such as Squid Lips, Lou’s Blues, Sun on the Beach etc. Nearby shopping includes Walmart, Winn Dixie, Marshall and Publix.

We had a wonderful vacation in Nury and Tony's condo. We especially enjoyed the pool, proximity to the ocean, cooking conveniences, and the pretty, comfortable condo with a private patio. Nury is a Super Host due to her fast, kind responses in all our communications! We're looking forward to our next reservation!

Great place to stay. 1/4 mile to beach. Steps to the pool. Well equipped kitchen and beach essentials. Patio is awesome. Would definitely stay here again! Nuria and Tony were great hosts.

What a great place to stay. Very clean and roomy. Bedrooms were big and a half bath on the main floor came in handy. Kitchen had everything you need. Private patio in the back was a great place to relax. The pool was large and heated. The host was great, even email us to let us check in early. The short walk to the beach and restaurants had us hooked. Would stay here again in a heart beat.
