Welcome to a nautical-inspired home on Venetian Island in Miami Beach. This luxurious two-story residence features an expansive layout with a serene atmosphere and complete privacy. Enjoy a large pool, a spacious outdoor entertainment area, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. With a 75" TV, the home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and offers parking for up to 6 vehicles. Experience the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and exclusivity.
This contemporary two-story oasis has been recently remodeled and is located on the exclusive Venetian Islands, just a 5-minute drive from Lincoln Road, the Convention Center, and the beaches.
The open layout and nautical design create a relaxing coastal atmosphere, with amenities that include a large swimming pool and outdoor living space—ideal for a vacation where you can unwind while being close to all the excitement Miami has to offer. The main floor’s open concept allows for views of the garden and pool from every area, including the gourmet kitchen, the TV area with a sectional sofa, and the dining space. The dining table comfortably seats 10, while the 20' Calacatta marble kitchen counter provides seating for 6. The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring double ovens, brand new stainless steel appliances, and views of the entire main floor, including the pool.
This house is 2,700 square feet and has been designed mostly for a family with children. The home features 4 bedrooms. The master and two additional bedrooms are on the second floor and the fourth bedroom is on the main floor, off the entrance with access to a full bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private terrace, walk-through closet and en-suite bathroom including a double vanity, shower and a tub. The second, upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed. The third, second floor bedroom features a full size bed with trundle. These two rooms share a detached full bathroom with a tub. The fourth bedroom, located on the main floor features a queen size bed.
The main floor's open living plan provides a complete view of the garden and pool from all areas. The gourmet kitchen is 20' in length and boasts a 16' Carrera marble island that seats 6 and bar area.
The kitchen is ideal for entertaining small to large parties and features all major appliances in stainless steel and and a view of the whole main floor including the zen pool area complete with custom lighting and private lounging area.
The living areas of the main floor include family room that seats 8 and dining area that seats 10. The Sonos sound system throughout the house provides a custom sound experience for guests.
The large, heated swimming pool is a great place to cool off after a long day. The outdoor living area features a dining table for 6-8, lounging area for 6 and a propane grill.
Light housekeeping every other day during your stay is INCLUDED (2 hours)!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house was gorgeous, immaculate and comfortable. We had a blast playing with our 10 month old son in the pool and backyard. The home is in a perfect location. We were able to walk to shops and cafes, and were only a five minute drive from the beach. The owner's were very helpful and left detailed instructions on how to work everything in the house (appliances, TV, AC, etc). They also gave wonderful restaurant and nearby grocery store recommendations. We would definitely come stay here again!
