- Our bookings require a minimum age of 25 years old.
- Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
- PLEASE READ: No parties, no drugs, no exception. Please refer to the rule of house. Violation of these rules will result in the immediate removal of the Guest and the Guests party, pursuant to § 82.045 Fla. Stat. (2018). PLEASE READ: No parties, no drugs, no exception. - House should not be advertise anywhere else than this listing. No sub-renting allowed.
- Smoking is allowed outside only. $1000 will be charged if the house has a smell of smoke.

A wonderful chance to celebrate my wife’s birthday with friends and loved ones. The property provided everything we needed for the long weekend, and we can’t recommend this property rnough!
