- Our bookings require a minimum age of 25 years old.
- Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.

Violation of these rules will result in the immediate removal of the Guest and the Guests party, pursuant to § 82.045 Fla. Stat. (2018). PLEASE READ: No parties, no drugs, no exception. Great location in gated community and beautiful setting. Close to everything. Very nice property and outdoor area. Host responsive and easy to work with.

Beautiful home and amazing customer service! Every single request was honored quickly and always exceeded expectations. House was immaculate and amenities were exceptional. This house has it all. Gourmet kitchen with every dish and utensil you could think of. Pool and view were great and the house is in a very safe and upscale neighborhood. Used the outdoor kitchen and space with tv often. The pool is great for kids because it has steps across the entire width of the pool which was great for our toddler grandkids. We have rented many homes over the years and this one is in our top 3. Beds were so comfy and linens were high quality. Our hostess was lovely and kind. Definitely recommend this property. Many thanks for a great trip!
