Looking for accommodation for your holiday in the Harz National Park?
In our midst in the village situated on the ground floor house is the 85 square meters, comfortably furnished apartments, which can accommodate up to five people. For sunbathing, relaxing or for a barbecue is available in about 50 meters away, garden, with barbecue and garden shed everything available.
In immediate vicinity of the apartment there is the restaurant "Zur Quelle" where you can enjoy many culinary options in a cozy atmosphere. In the summer the beer garden is open, and there in good weather on a regular basis a barbecue. Motorized bikers, Montainbiker or bicycle travelers are welcome to stay Welcome!
Lonau is a beautifully situated, small Harzendorf no through traffic - nestled between mountain slopes, with meadows and sparse beech woods in 355-430 m above sea level. NN, in the southern Harz right in the Harz National Park.
Here you will find relaxation, peace, relaxation and nature! You can wonderful short or extended walks on well signposted circuits and z. For example, you can visit the capercaillie enclosure or the waterfall near which there are some fishponds, and experience nature and get to know it.
In the center there is a mini golf course and a large playground with numerous play equipment. Above the village there is a solar-heated small forest swimming pool for small and large children.
Check out the photos under the heading Tips + Lonau on! From Lonau from some farmed Bungalows z. B. are to hike directly that "Hanskühnenburg" and "The large tubers". In Herzberg just 3 km away you will find plenty of shopping. In the small town there is a nice, new pedestrian area and a cinema. Also worth seeing are the Herzberger Castle with Gastronomy and Museum, and the Juessee which invites to go swimming, diving, fishing and walking.

Im Ort Lonau gibt es kein Mobilfunk, daher auf jeden Fall vorher Kontakt aufnehmen. Über die FeWo App habe ich immer binnen von 15 Minuten eine Antwort erhalten.
Die Räume waren super.

DANKE liebe Frau Conrad. Die Zeit bei Ihnen ist zu schnell verflogen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, als wären wir zu Hause gewesen. Zuhause bei Freunden würde es treffen. Ihr Appartement ist exakt wie beschrieben und entspricht voll und ganz den Bildern. Es ist gemütlich, absolut sauber und vor allem mit allem was man so im täglichen Leben braucht ausgestattet. Sogar Hygieneverbrauchsartikel waren bereit gestellt. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Dankeschön auch dafür.
Das Appartement trägt die Familiengeschicht seit ca. 1880 fort. Die Einbindung in die Strukturen der Fachwerkhäuser aus dem 19 Jhdr. dieses wunderbaren Marienthals ist faszinierend zu sehen. Ebenfalls ist bewundernswert wie sie mit Zurückhaltung und Charme versuchen die Strukturen dieses alten Hauses darzustellen und nicht durch zu viel Modernisierung dieses Ambiente zu zerstören. Es ist Ihnen absolut gelungen eine fantastische Kombination aus alter Bausubstanz und modernem Wohnen zu schaffen. Behalten Sie dies bitte bei, es macht den Aufenthalt in dem Appartement so unglaublich charmant.
Wir konnten trotz des (nicht so sehr Guten) Wetters die Gegend erwandern und die Ortschaften erkunden. Vor allem aber hatte auch unser kleiner Beagle ganz viel Freude in der Natur. Geht's dem Tier gut, tut es der Mensch auch. Wir sind erholt und ausgeruht zurück in unserem Alltag und behalten diese Tage bei Ihnen wärmstens im Herzen. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder.

Sehr gemütliche und komplett ausgestatte Wohnung mit einer sehr freundlichen Vermieterin in einem kleinen niedlichen und ruhigen Ort. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen.
