The beautiful terraced property Anemos with a magnificent view is located directly above the sea in the south of the Cyclades Island Kea. The property consists of a refurbished mill with one main building, two separate guest houses and a pool. The great location of the property directly at the sea, the tasteful interior and the beautifully designed outdoor area with several terraces provide a unique ambience for your holiday.
The refurbishment of the old mill from the 1950s and the construction of the main building and guest houses took place in 1998 followed by a new renovation in 2023. Next to the mill is the approx. 30 square metre kidney-shaped pool (approx. 0.20 - 1.00 m deep). The mill is structurally connected to the main building on the ground floor. The round living room of the mill merges with the living and dining area of the main building. An open stone staircase leads from the living room of the mill to the 1st and 2nd floors. On each floor of the mill there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor of the main building, right next to the living and dining area, is the fully equipped kitchen, renovated in 2023, with direct access to the terraces and the pool. Next to the kitchen is a storage and laundry room and next to the living area is a guest WC. On the upper floor of the main building is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, renovated in 2023. The bedroom has direct access to the roof terrace of the house with spectacular sea views.
Due to the hillside location of the property, the two separate guest houses are one level lower than the mill, the main house and the pool. The small stone houses are about 10 metres apart, each with its own terrace and magnificent sea views. Each guest house is equipped with a bedroom and bathroom. One of them was renovated in 2023 and also has a small anteroom with 2 brick sofas and a kitchenette.
One level down from the guest houses and about 90 steps from the main house is the rocky plateau with access to the sea. A pebble cove is approx. 500 metres from the house, other beautiful sandy beaches are approx. 2-3 km away.

Proprietà meravigliosa! Casa immersa nel verde, tante camere dove ognuno può trovare la propria privacy, riunendosi poi a tavola con gli amici! Ci siamo goduti sia la piscina che il mare. Supermercato un po’ distante, bisogna ricordare di fare scorte di acqua. Guardiano gentile e disponibile anche se parla solo greco.

The holiday home Vila Anemos is an amazing house with the stunning view.
More than perfect for our holidays, peaceful and beautiful place that we appreciated a lot. The had a warm welcome on the spot and easy and friendly exchange with the landlord.

The villa is on a hill side overlooking the ocean. The view is stunning. Beautiful location with its own pool and private access to the ocean for afternoon dips in the water. We rented the villa for a family reunion with 10 people. We had plenty of space, the various terraces were delightful at night to watch the ocean, stars and ships go by. The villa is in a quiet area on the island, so perfect for a family getaway or large group of friends who want to really enjoy eachother's company.
