The upper level comprises of one double bedroom with an bathroom and a large private balcony. The lower level houses the master bedroom
with its own dressing room adjacent to the en suite bathroom and a further 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are also located downstairs.
The lower level is leading to the swimming pool area with sun beds and access to the lower garden area.

It takes about 5' to walk via the house’s path s to get to all the tavernas and shops. There is also a car road that takes you right in front of the house. Nearby are the beautiful beaches of Otzias and Yialiskari.
