About this villa rental
Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island, private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.
The property is in the area of Otzia – Akrotiri. Villa Veronica sleeps eight people and is set on a 2,000sq meters plot of land, 80 meters from the sea. The property consists of a 150sq meters main house, a 40sq meters guest house, a large infinity swimming pool , a separate storage area, a BBQ, a pool shower, covered parking for one car and open parking for three cars. The main house has a living room with a fireplace, a large kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one WC.
The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
Facilities: three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with showers, one w. c.
Amenities : Internet, fireplace, hobs, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, 1 large flat screen TV, 3 small flat screen TV’s in the bedrooms, Miele built- in coffee machine , (Espresso/cappuccino), mosquito blinds, washing machine, dishwasher, DVD player, stereo, heating, air- conditioning in all the bedrooms, parking.
Outdoor amenities: Infinity swimming pool, pool shower, two sunbeds, one dining table for 8 people, 2nd dining table for 6 people, sofas and coffee tables, pool shower.

Summary of reviewsSublime place to come back to with great pleasure - the pool is huge, the sea view is perfect. Quiet environment. The house is very clean and comfortable, with well-kept surroundings, perfect for communal living. Only downside is the slightly complicated access roads. Suggestions for improvement include providing more glasses, especially wine glasses, and breakfast utensils. It would be great to have a juicer for the mornings.

Sublime a refaire avec grand plaisir - la piscine est géante là vu mer est parfaite. Au calme . La maison est très propre confortable, les extérieur également et très pratique pour vivre en communauté Seul les routes d’accès sont un peut compliquées
Petit point à améliorer les verres, ils en manquent et surtout pas de verres à pieds et ustensile petit déjeuner il serait bien pour cette maison de prévoir un extracteur de jus pour le matin .
