The apartment is on the ground floor of a semi-detached house with its own entrance. It offers enough space for up to 5 people and all amenities for a relaxing holiday.
On the south-facing terrace you will find garden furniture and a barbecue and you can enjoy the view of the Danube valley and, weather permitting, the panorama of the Salzburg Alps or fantastic sunsets. The garden offers a variety of plants on two levels.
Located in the border triangle (Germany, Austria, Czech Republic), the area offers many opportunities for nature and culture experiences.
The three-river city of Passau with its historic city center, boat trips on the Danube, the Bavarian Forest National Park, the museum village in Tittling, bathing lakes, adventure and thermal baths, the western town "Pullman City" and wildlife parks are just a few examples of worthwhile excursions.

Die Lage der Fewo am Hang und der Blick sind wunderschön, die Ausstattung gut, sehr viele bunte Blumen rundum. Eigentlich das richtige Ambiente, um auf der Terrasse zu sitzen. Aber an fast allen Tagen war der Autobahnlärm intensiv, mit einer APP haben wir Werte zwischen 80 und 90 dBA gemessen. Das ist wirklich schade, hat uns aber wirklich gestört. Im Haus ist es ruhig, schlafen kann man gut.
