・Wi-Fi利用可能 ・コンセントが多い ・最寄りの北大路駅から徒歩20分とやや遠いが、北大路バスターミナルからバスが出ており10分ちょいで辿り着ける ・周辺に今宮神社、建勲神社、大徳寺があり、朝から観光を楽しめる
・時計が止まっていた ・テレビのリモコンの電池が切れていた ・こたつのコンセントについて説明書に記載がなく、コードが見つからなかった ・ブリタがあったので、設備に書いてあると嬉しい
