Perfect, cozy, warm, extremely well equipped and overall an amazing experience.

Everything was amazing from the friendliness and the welcoming of the host, the garage parking as we arrived by car, the apartment itself was extremely cozy and comfortable and better equipped than any I've stayed in so far, the host really thought of all details from hygiene to kitchen addons, and the TV package is amazing too for those who like to relax at the end of the day. Overall I will gladly stay here again if I come to Subotica.

We liked everything! We loved the apartment so much and almost wanted to move in permanetely 😁 Such a nice place and you almost didn't want to leave the apartment to explore Subotica. But thank god we did because we loved the place. Thank you for a nice stay and with the help of finding a driver who could take us to our next location ( as the other one canceled). Thank you also for driving us to the driver. We are very thankful.

Prestige Subotica Apartment will be our first choice in future trips to Subotica.

Definitely, by far the best accommodation in Subotica, the apartment is very well designed, with enough space for a couple to spend a few days, and it has all the necessary amenities. Additional plus is parking place in a secured garage, so you do not have to worry about finding parking place (however, this is not so big issue in Subotica). Location is excellent and position of a flat is looking at internal backyard. Terrace is spacious and very nice to have a morning coffee and catch some sun. Our host Goran was very friendly and available, walked us through the building and flat itself.

No significant remarks or dislikes, the apartment is due to some small renovation (paintings, some small wall scratches, bed...), however you will not notice it anyway nor it will spoil your stay at Subotica. This is because the apartment is frequently rented to tourists and visited, therefore this is a recommendation itself to potential guests.

Ukoliko želite smeštaj u Subotici u kome će vam boravak biti čisto uživanje, nećete pogrešiti ukoliko odaberete apartman Prestige! Domaćin Goran je profesionalac koji ništa ne prepušta slučaju, te je apartman opremljen apsolutno svime što bi vam moglo zatrebati u toku boravka - od vode, čaja, kafe, slatkiša za dobrodošlicu, pa do kozmetičkih sredstava raznih vrsta, i svih potrebnih kuhinjskih i kućnih aparata. Stan sadrži bukvalno sve što i jedan dom u kome se živi. Apartman Prestige se nalazi u novoj zgradi sa liftom, na trećem od četiri sprata. Ima lepu terasu koja gleda na uređeno, tiho unutrašnje dvorište, i zvonike katedrale Sv. Tereze Avilske, koja se nalazi u nepostednoj blizini. Kako se vidi i na fotografijama, stan je kvalitetno i moderno uređen, i odiše udobnošću i toplinom. Bračni krevet u spavaćoj sobi je savršeno udoban, bar što se supruga i mene tiče. Lokacija apartmana je odlična, na jedva pet minuta šetnje do Gradske kuće, a uz to, poseban bonus je i obezbeđeno parking mesto u garaži ispod zgrade. Nama je to mnogo značilo, jer nismo morali uopšte da brinemo o automobilu za vreme novogodišnjih praznika koje smo u Subotici proveli. Ne verujem da sam navela sve prednosti apartmana Prestige, jer ih zaista ima puno, ali sam sigurna da će i budući gosti biti jednako zadovoljni kao i mi. Još jednom hvala gospodinu Goranu, i nadamo se ponovnom viđenju krajem godine!
